Led product design at Udaan, India's largest B2B e-commerce platform, with 3M+ users and ~$5 billion GMV. Spearheaded the launch of multiple projects part of Udaan's reimagined experience (Bolt), in Pharma, Food verticals and the Field Agent App.
Led 0 to 1 product design for Udaan’s field agent's app (10k+ agents). Created a scalable design framework through continuous research and iterative model, serving as the basis for related application, enhancing scalability and simplifying experiences (Case study).
Redesigned Udaan's Pharma vertical, optimising the process for medical shops to order wholesale medicines, resulting in a ~21% reduction in cart-building time.
Led the redesign of search and explore features for the Udaan app, simplifying and contextualising search, leading to a 13% reduction in cart-building time. Implemented pricing projects, rewards systems, and discount transparency, collectively driving a 170% increase in revenue as collaborator.

Led design for Goibibo Hotels mobile and web platforms, enabling millions to find their ideal stays for their travel. Conducted design research initiatives for Goibibo Hotels in collaboration with the research team.
Led instrumental projects including redesign of Goibibo Hotels, Multiroom hotel bookings (Case study), Hourly hotels, goSafe (covid travel), Homestay funnel, Staycations, Travel styles and Secret hotels. During my tenure, our revenue rose to +4% from -6% for goibibo hotels while improving the rooms booked to 1.2% on monthly basis.
Co-created the inaugural design system, "Happy," ensuring consistency across platforms of Goibibo. Happy redesign attributed to ~10.5% conversion upside in goibibo Hotels.
